The sun bear is the smallest member of the bear family. The sun bear's enemy is farmers. To avoid getting killed is to run away. A sun bear is five feet tall.Its body is covered with fur. The sun bear only eats small food. They have sharp teeth to grind food. It moves with its back legs. It uses its claws to scare predators. Sun bears grow only half the size of a American black bear. They eat fruit, berries, roots, insects, small birds, lizards, and rodents. Its habitat is some where in the forest.

Sloth bears' habitat are in grasslands and wet forests. Sloth bears weigh from 120 pounds to 310 pounds. Sloth bears are the only bears that carry their cubs on their backs. They eat fruit, insects, and some flowers. A sloth bear has 4 strong legs that help it run fast. Sloth bears have big claws that help defend themselves.
